Cold fronts threaten Durban following storm

The eThekwini Municipality has warned residents of two imminent cold fronts approaching Durban on Thursday.

The municipality say the cold fronts are expected to pass out to sea on the south of KwaZulu-Natal.

Associated with these are strong winds which will travel at approximately 58 kilometres per hour.

Heavy rainfall is also expected on Thursday afternoon.

Residents are requested to only call the Emergency Management Call Centre for emergencies at 031 361 0000.
